The structure of the drum pulper mainly includes a roller-shaped drum, as well as the feeding hopper, transmission device, supporting roller device, blocking roller device, sealing device, shield and pulp pool, etc. The outer wall of the drum is inlaid with two large supporting rollers and a large gear. The two large supporting rollers are respectively supported by two sets of small supporting rollers and can rotate on the small supporting rollers. On each side of the large supporting roller on the pulp outlet side, there is a set of blocking roller devices to prevent the axial displacement of the drum. The large gear on the outer wall of the drum is driven by the small gear of the transmission device to make the drum rotate. The front part of the drum is the pulping area and the rear part is the screening area. During operation, waste paper is sent by the conveyor into the slowly rotating high-consistency pulping area. At a concentration of 14%-22%, with the rotation of the drum, it is repeatedly lifted and dropped by the scraper on the inner wall and impacts with the hard inner wall surface of the drum, separating the waste paper into fibers and various impurities. Due to the continuous rotation and slight inclination of the drum, the waste paper pulp moves forward along this inclination, enters the screening area through the pulping area. In this area, dilution water is added to dilute the slurry to a concentration of 3%-4%. The diluted slurry enters the pulp pool through the sieve pores, while the light and heavy impurities are back flushed back into the drum, continue to move forward, and are finally discharged at the end of the drum.

Waste paper is put into the slowly rotating drum. Inside the drum, the waste paper is acted upon by mechanical force and frictional force, and rubs and collides with the scraper on the inner wall of the drum and with each other, so as to separate the waste paper fibers from the impurities. For example, when a batch of waste book papers is put into the drum pulper , with the rotation of the drum, the papers are constantly lifted, dropped and rubbed, and gradually decomposed into a mixture of fibers and impurities.

Used for mild breaking to waste paper.
Â
Â
- It can achieve a continuous breaking and coarse screen to waste paper, simplify the flow
- Achieving a moderate scattering of fiber under high consistency of 14%-18%.
- Keep physical properties of fiber furthest.
- Low impurity breaking rate, high impurity-discharging efficiency, lighten the burden of subsequent equipment.
- Lower power consumption, reduce running cost greatly.
- Ink particle fully separated from surface of fiber by the action of effectively liquid medicine mixture and fiber friction under high consistency statement.
- Fully enclosed structure, make a low requirement of steam and chemicals consumption, good operation environment.
Â
Â
- Efficient Pulping: It can rapidly break down waste paper into fibers, enhancing production efficiency. For instance, when dealing with a batch of waste cartons, compared to traditional pulping equipment, the drum pulper can finish the pulping process in a shorter period.
- Fiber Protection: During the pulping process, it causes less damage to the fibers, which is beneficial for maintaining the length and strength of the fibers and improving the quality of the pulp.
- Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction: The equipment has a relatively low energy consumption, reducing the production cost.
- Strong Adaptability: It can handle various types of waste paper, including office waste paper and packaging waste paper, etc.
